Career and Academic Opportunities

The combination of the BBA in Accounting with an MS in Information Systems will provide an opportunity to students to enhance their career prospects. The BBA in Accounting imparts technical accounting skills to apply management information systems in solving business problems and drive business strategy. The MS-IS program is a long-established degree in the Department of Information Systems and Security and has produced many graduates over the years who are leading digital transformation. The Double Owl pathway offers an accelerated option to complete both degrees.

Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • GPA: 3.25 or above in KSU undergraduate coursework
  • Minimum 75 hours completed toward Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 30 hours completed at 黑料网

Double Counted Courses

  • IS 7005 to count for Business Elective
  • IS 7060 to count for Business Elective
  • IS 7080 to count for Business Elective

Students will need to be accepted into the Coles College undergraduate program in Information Systems before they can apply to this Double Owl Pathway.

Accepted Double Owl students will need to apply to their Graduate Program by the posted deadline for the semester immediately following graduation with the Bachelors degree.
